Our founding partner and Managing Director Tim Michaelides from early beginnings within the printing industry had a passion to succeed. Tim started the business in June 1992 servicing clients by day and operating the presses at night. The business grew as a result of excellent customer service, hard work and the want to meet and exceed clients’ expectations. The pillars were set and the foundation built to what we know as COMPLETE today, the same as it was over 25 years ago. Our Director of Sales and Marketing Geoff Lawyer previously worked his way up from cadet to Manager of a large London commercial printing company. Geoff moved to Australia in early 2000 joining COMPLETE in May of that year. Both of our company’s Directors have a rich background in printing and publishing. Tim’s father published and printed a popular Greek newspaper, as well as Melbourne’s first English Sunday Newspaper, then operating a commercial printing company. Geoff worked from a young age in a busy London newspaper learning the skills of the industry, whilst furthering his education, with strong desire to grow in the industry. You could say that ink flows through their veins! In fact the company Directors together with our staff are passionate about print, offering personalised service, and partnering with clients to Bring their Images to Life. We know our clients like to deal directly with us, the people who own and run the business together with our dedicated staff that treats the business as their own, offering personalised service the COMPLETE way. We all obtain great personal satisfaction in exceeding client expectations and it is a key reason the business continues to grow.
